I was very pleased with my experience here. The staff were really friendly and helpful in helping me find the size and style I wanted, even though it was sale time and busy. I’m petite so while it was a shame that they didn’t have many 30″ leg jeans in, I was delighted to find that they do free alterations in store. The girl who helped me find the right style and pinned the legs on the jeans for alteration was really friendly and helpful.

Levis is a great brand with brilliant styles. They sell for a good price and the quality and longevity is fantastic.
The store is a little intimidating and the staff are quite hyperactive and overzealous. they do bother you quite regularly and ask for updates of how your browsing experience is going.
They’ll tell you that anything you pick up «looks great» and is «very you» often incredibly insincerely and without even properly looking at you.
If you come in to browse, you’ll more than likely walk out due to this annoying and presumably ineffective sales strategy.
As I said, the clothes are nice so it’s a pity about the staff!
