I’ve tried nearly every fitness régime in the book, you name it I’ve tried it. Now I’m doing Insanity training in Lucan boxing club and honestly its possibly one of the hardest things I’ve done but I LOVEIT! Unlike any other fitness class its a relaxed fun atmosphere. Its run by Karl Brabazon and he is there day in day out to give you as many tips as you want to achieve the weight-loss /toning up goal that you want. Insanity is on Mon, Wed and Fri. 50 quid for 4 weeks which is amazing value. The training is resistance interval training… its intense but TRY it! Defo worth it and my body is showing the results already :)
