The One shop that i cant survive without it is Lush. I have been using their products for years now and i never had any side effects. I love the fact that their products are 100% vegetarian and they have some vegan stuff. They also fonts buy from companies that carry out or fund any animal testing. Plus, they have this ‘Charity Pot’ thing, a hand and body lotion that its profits goes to charitable organisations like human rights, environmental and of course animal welfare. Another thing, they offer you a free face mask for every 5 empty black(lush) pots you bring to recycle. The products that got me crazy are: their bath bombs, coffee scrub, rose mask and their hair masks.

I love lush. Products mostly smell great to me and really do improve my skin! Best part of lush here? Most of the items I use are much cheaper than the US! If you’re traveling from the states, DO stock up here(as long as it’s cheaper, some products are NOT), and of course ask for the tax free receipt if you’re not from another European country. Aside from that, staff are nice and knowledgable about their products. Had a good experience there and would go back. In fact, I might before I have to leave the country!

Great staff and lovely store. I was surprised to see a lot of Christmas stock but I was able to get a great deal with them being 50 per cent off.

I like Lush products for their smell, and the lovely aroma that radiates from this shop never fails to draw me in whenever I walk past. The body lotions are my favourite thing here, and the face masks are divine. You can get a free one if you trade in 5 black pots which is always something I take advantage off. Another one of my favourite products are the facial scrubs here, in particular«Angels on Bare Skin» and«Herbalism». They smell great and are really effective. However, I do find some of their lotions and creams quite greasy and heavy though, but they double up as a «perfume» since whenever I use them, people ask what perfume I use, saying it smells nice. The staff are super friendly, but I find them a bit pushy in trying to get you to buy something, and will attempt to help and demonstrate anything you lay your eyes on. But the service in general is great, and they give good advice if you need it.

Got some Lush products for the first time as a birthday present and absolutely loved them, was surprised how well they worked and how good the products, especially the Buffy body butter, made my skin feel. I decided to venture into the shop to see what else they had and was greeted by really friendly sales people. At first I declined any help because I hadn’t really intended on buying anything, I was just in for a look, but after the third query from a sales person I relented and asked if they had any eye creams. I was shown Enchanted Eye Cream, given a demo of the product and told exactly what the ingredients did for me. Since the sales person was so nice and knowledgeable I decided to buy it and am now a converted Lushie!

I really dislike the smell radiating from this shop, I genuinely find it offensive, but I decided to dismiss my olfactory prejudices and venture in for a gander one day. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s pushy sales people. The minute I stepped into the store I was asked whether I wanted help, which I have nothing against, as of course it is customary. Having politely declined, I thought that was that settled, but the sales assistant started to ask me about my skin routine etc, and of course, being Irish, I gave in and started to indulge her. Unfortunately for the sales assistant, I had previously read up on the type of range from Lush that would suit my skin, and asking her for a second opinion, she didn’t appear to know which ranges suited which skin types. Not only was a given a product for normal skin, but I was escorted to the counter, and feeling sorry for the poor girl, I bought something I didn’t even want. Having said that I have returned, and God forgive me, have just taken to completely ignoring the sales assistants, as if they were chuggers on the street. Good products, but they need to tone down the sales pitches.
