Servers of the most dispiriting Irish breakfast in Dublin. Microwaved eggs, calcified cold toast, no chips, this is not a tasty breakfast establishment.

A nice decent spot with quick service and friendly people. Came here after landing on an overnight flight from the US. The had a pretty good Irish Breakfast and coffee.

I have no way to gauge the food here yet. By comparison to what I am use to this was a 3. The eggs were powdered which seems a bit strange given that everything else had a touch of «real». I enjoyed the sausage, ham, and beans from the buffet more than the eggs. The pastries were quite good, the coffee is stout. And the service was quick. The most enjoyable feature of this place is the view. Corner of the airport all glass with a lovely view of the world outside.

This was our first stop in Ireland while waiting for a coach to take us to our hotel. There was a lot of seating and after a long transatlantic flight, all I wanted to do was sit in something comfier than our airplane seats. Good coffee, pool tables and snacks. Quite a few people ordered a full breakfast, we kept it light with snacks but the food looked pretty good. Not terribly expensive either.

So pretty much every eatery in the airport is a rip off. This one is in terminal 2 on the mezzanine level where you go through security. I went for one of their breakfast offers where they do a hot breakfast. I got scrambled eggs and a rasher and toast for 5 euro(tea is extra) which is pretty competitive for the airport. The quality was not great, but as I stayed in college way too long I’m used to oddly milky scrambled eggs and have developed a bizarre fondness for bacon that is soaked in cooking oil, but still manages to shatter when you try and stick a fork in it. The Oak Café Bar also has some nice comfy seating and tvs, so I was able to watch sky news in relative comfort while having my breakfast(and sending shards of bacon across the room when I tried to stick a fork in it!). Probably one of my better airport breakfast experiences.

Every time we get into Dublin from JFK we thank God for this place! Great place to get a cup of tea, an Irish breakfast, and just relax before embarking on the next leg of your journey. Wonderful comforting environment with fluffy couches and chairs available, and when you’ve gotten the early flight, it’s got a marvelous view of the sunrise. Great selection of food and drink for reasonable-for-airport prices.

I love the opening hours of this place — «first flight to last flight». Just so’s ye know you’re covered! This is the only bar in Terminal Two before you go through security. It’s a grand spot — a pint will cost you around € 5.40, which let’s face it, isn’t the cheapest. BUT, it is an airport, so tis only to be expected. T2 is a really lovely spot though isn’t it. Very classy and spacey and impressive. I didn’t sample the food in the Oak Bar, but there were a couple of folks on my left who were milling into some lovely looking chips, and what looked like a Beef & Guinness Pie. The Guinness(in traditional liquid form) that I had, was creamy and perfectly poured. I could certainly think of worse ways to wile away a few pre-flight hours.

One of the better places for food at T2. For lunch or supper, try one of the salads. You can choose three or five from a variety of dishes that are generally pretty good. the Moroccan is a favorite(Cous Cous) as is the Asian prawn noodle salad. The roasted Italian vegetable is also nice. The only one I would avoid is the Caesar, which comes drowned in a creamy dressing. Teir hot food is actually decent as well. I tried a chicken curry that was quite tasty. Pastries and cereal are recen arrivals at breakfast, joining breakfast sandwiches. However, the coffee is better on the other side of the same level at The Meeting Point. Although bot cheap by any means, the prices are not too bad for an airport — the salads are about as good a deal as you will find there.
