Restore Health Food Store

The friendly staff here definitely know there stuff, which is good cos there is loads of stuff.
It’s a bit on the pricey side, as I was here for some pistachio nuts I owed someone (they didn’t know I did) and it was over 3 EUR for quite a small bag.

Energy levels = Sloth.
Need Siberan Ginseng.
Siberan power pills in my belly = I can lift houses.

I’m a big fan of Restore. Went in there before Passover (a super-​dietarily-​restrictive eight-​day-​long holiday) and as I listed my oodles of no-​nos, the two ladies there adaptively and creatively set me up with quinoa, cashew butter, and gazonks of other recommendations for general health and wellness.
They’re small but have nearly everything I need– the tea I love, the grains I crave, and all the vitamins and supplements I can think of. They know which brands are better than the others and have personal relationships with some of their suppliers (as overheard on a phone call, read on…) When I told them I needed to be sure the gelatine in the capsules I was interested in wasn’t from pork, they took the pains to call every supplier I asked them about for an answer. They recommended fish oils left and right and explained the benefits of including and removing all sorts of products from my diet.
They’re knowledgeable, they recognize me after having been in there three times, and they really try their best to make every experience in there a positive and supportive one. All this and it’s just around the corner from home! Hats off to Restore.

Hippy heaven… is it bad that that’s the first thing that springs to mind? that I suppose red meat is definitely off the menu for most of the folks who go in here? yup, Q has gone too far again…
Restore is a health stores healthstore, the kind of shop where you presume the shelves are organic, the staff are friendly and offer a range of therapies including Naturopathy, reflexology and massage.

I just love me a good health food store. When I stumbled upon Restore I was pretty delighted. I try really hard to take care with what I put in or on my body. Restore not only carries food but also vitamins, supplements, and personal care items. Sweet! There is an obvious focus on natural and/​or organic products and while these can sometime cost a pretty penny, Restore has a lot of options to pick and choose from. Their selection of healthy food items rivals the best. If you ever wondered where people by hemp oil and wheat grass, this is the place.
When I went in the woman working was a little in my face — meaning she asked several times if I needed help or if I was looking for anything in particular even though I said I was just looking around. I know she was just doing her job but come on. I bought a load of stuff anyway, and managed to do it all by myself!

Restore is a lovely health food store packed with goodies that are good for you and your body.
The staff are wonderfully helpful and seem to know a lot about the products in store, of which there are very very many! They’re really good at explaining what each remedy does and really seem to care about their clients.
They even have taste testers in store — something you don’t find in most health food stores! The other day it was a tartlet with mushroom in it — ewww sounds weird, but it looked nice enough. I declined to try…
