I love this place. I’ve been going years and always know how to deal with my unruly curly hair(especially as I was trying to grow it). The staff listen and point you in the right direction in regards to cut and colour. Attentive and chatty! I just can’t get over them! Their chairs at the sink also massage your back. I’m so happy to basically be the mother of dragons(the picture will help explain). The bottom is my natural colour and the top is the amazing lift it got. My hair doesn’t feel damaged at all

Disclaimer: never actually got to get my hair done here so can’t comment on the salon itself, but the customer service is rubbish. I bought a voucher on LivingSocial and tried to book an appointment over the phone; the three minute conversation was enough for me to contact LS for a refund. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude, abrupt and condescending — and acted offended that I requested the possibility of a last minute appointment [wouldn’t have minded if they just said they were full instead of ‘eugh…really now? It IS satuday after all…] That’s not to mention the reaction when I had the gall to ask did they open Sundays. If this is how they treat customers over the phone I certainly don’t want to spend two hours getting a cut and colour there. Looking forward to a refund and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I bought a voucher groupon or the likes of that — cant remember. The voucher was a little more expensive then the usual one advertised. I was in urgent need of a hair did so I purchased it. The shop itself was pretty nice with lovely massaging chairs for when you get your hair washed. The staff were lovely and they did a good job on my hair. A great enticing parting gift from them was a voucher to get the same hair do again at the same price. :) Will I return? If I dont get a better offer then yes.

After years and years looking for a decent hairdresser in Dublin I’ve accudently entered this place almost one year ago and, since then, it’s been my favourite spot in Dublin. Great staff, great products, attention to details and a great relation price/service.
