Great place to catch the view and scenery of the Liffey or Dublin Habour. It connects the IFSC with the Docklands, so there is plenty of foot traffic in both ways. It will also be your crossing point if your running or cycling along the river. If you own a decent camera it is a great place to camp out in the morning or evening to catch some great picks of the Samuel Becket bridge.

Another award winning beautiful pedestrian only bridge over the river Liffey. This is probably my second favorite bridge(built in 2005) following the slightly newer Samuel Beckett Bridge(built in 2009). Although I usually will cross the Liffey on the Samuel Beckett bridge, particularly for my morning walk into the office, I like to alternate between returning home on this bridge which leads directly into the Westland row down to Merrion Square and like the Samuel Beckett bridge boasts spectacular views of this part of the city.

A pedestrian bridge close to where we live. It’s no Samuel Beckett Bridge but a nice pedestrian bridge that leads to the IFSC.

A pedestrian bridge leading from Trinity College/Merrion Square/Pearse St area to the IFSC and CHQ building. It is a pleasant way to cross the Liffey with nice views of City Centre, the Customs House and Docklands.
