Sliderobes Ltd

First of all I would say it might not be suitable for all household budgets especially in today’s economic climate. This due to be a pricey service, but if you can afford it, the quality and the service it is none to anyone.
You get a custom sliding wardrobe optimized to cover all the size of your wall so it is cool and you don’t waste space.
I checked also some prices from the famous flat pack company, but they didn’t have the same models and the dimension were smaller. Also they weren’t so cheap with the wardrobe we were looking for, so we didn’t go for the savings but for the quality and durability (you may know what I am referring too).
Showroom in Red Cow
Their showroom in Red Cow Retail Centre is a proper one. You can see their sliding wardrobes in place, touch them, try them. There is also a free coffee /​cappuccino/​tea machine if you are fancy it. :-)
By the way, it is beside the Harley Davidson shop so good for us boys!
Staff
A helpful and friendly sales representative is there to answer all the queries you have. They are not pushy at all (I wasn’t expecting that to be honest :-)).
I asked her a tricky question related to a potential issue of installation in my bedroom (I don’t bother you to explain it) and she replied with a solution. Also she was well prepared with the knowledge of their products and advised me about the specification I requested. I didn’t book for an appointment in the store as I needed time to think. I knew it is a free consultation, but I want to be sure to need it otherwise it is just a waste of time for both of us.
The day after I booked online on their website and I got their call to schedule and confirm the date where the designer was going to visit our place.
Couple of days after we received a letter of confirmation and a sort of card with the details and image of the designer.
Designer’s visit.
She was professional, on time and prepared to answer all our questions. She explained in simple words how the sliding robe would have worked. Then using a pc application she draw the design, etc, etc.
Here my thoughts about the designer:
Pro: Really polite, easy listener and good communicator. Easy to chat.
Con: Little bit pushy to close the sale. (I said her I needed time to think about) but was fine.
Also she tried to accommodate our budgets needs.
Installation
So we decided to go for it!
Again, service excellent. He was on time, friendly, chatty. I bothered him with usual questions customers ask and he replied promptly and with professionalism. The wardrobe was in place in about 1 hour an half. No mess around the room, no damage, all fine, clean, spotless.
We got also a free cleaner cloth for the wardrobe.
Final thought: At first we were scary to pay such amount of money, and when we did we were still unsure if we did the right choice. Then, when everything was in place, we were so happy and I want to say they were well spent money. The service is excellent. Also you are covered by their 10 year warranty.
