Places that divide the ‘treatment room’ from the reception area with a curtain shouldn’t be called spa. I went in for a Dermalogica facial which I had done many times before in other places but what I got here wasn’t the same. It was a short version of the real deal, although it was advertised as the normal Dermalogica facial lasting about an hour to 75mins. Due to the location of this ‘spa’ it was also very noisy even when the window was closed. Throughout my treatment the therapist had to leave the room(it wasn’t really a room, more like a corner in a big room sectioned off with a curtain) a few times cause the phone was ringing or people came in to enquire about treatments. She apologised every time, the poor girl but yes, it’s not a place for facials at all. Tanning and nails might be okay but I wouldn’t want to try.
