Local Tesco so I tend to shop here quite a bit. But not as large as the one in Nutgrove. Much more of a selection there. What’s nice about this shopping center and location is that you have a butcher, the bank, and a variety of small shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always willing to lend a hand.

Pretty decent grocery store, the shelves are kept in orderly shape, they have some good wine and booze deals, and their price guarantee(I guess if you have a loyalty card) is nice, you get a voucher for the difference if they say your total bill would have been lower somewhere else.

First of all: I work in that shopping centre for over five years now and there’s been only a handful of improvements in that place so far. The car park is a nightmare, day and night! And the incompetence of some car drivers makes it even worse… The store itself is pretty big, with huge assortment of goods. But(considering they’re my No 1 source of my daily food) they haven’t changed the assortment of ready-made meals, sandwiches and hot deli for as long as I can remember! They’re self-checkout tills are something to be avoided at all cost! Half of the goods is not in the system, another part of it is ‘not recognised’ or ‘doesn’t scan’. Terrible experience, to say the least. This is, however, very nicely balance by their staff. They’re very friendly and always ready to sort you out if you have a problem… Price-wise, I’d say they’re somewhere between Lidl on the cheap side and Super Valu on the more expensive side.

My Ratings: Quantity: 4 — Good Quality: 3 — Good Price: 4 — Affordable Location: 3 — Okay Service: 3 — Good Speed: 3 — Good Overall: Lots of Selection, Cheap Prices! My Opinion/Story: I think I’ve been to a million TESCO and I don’t recall all of them. So I’m just going to say the same review to several of them. I like buying cheap stuffs that are very dispensable. I do find that the quality of some of Tesco’s items are pretty good while others may not last long. Affordable and good quality, I like shopping for what I need here. Some places are well kept and clean, and others may need to be handled better. Got some really good munchies and chocolates too. But I can’t complain about the only place that kept me within my budget while on vacation. This place is pretty cool!

I’ve always felt a bit meh about this Tesco. They recently redid some of the fixture and it was not before time. There’s still something not quite new about the store despite the refit. On saying that they so stock quite a range of grocery items, as well as some books and DVDs. I always feel slightly hassled when I’m there, perhaps it’s the slightly manic carpark I’m not sure, but I don’t feel tempted to slowly browse my way around the store as I normally do in supermarkets. They have a few self-service tills and I usually use them and try to get out as quickly as possible!

They recently shut this Tesco for a day to refit and stock the whole place out. I really like this store as it is always totally stocked and has amazing offers and a huge bargain shelf, you could do your whole weekly shop on the bargain shelf alone. Plus they have a lovely selection of fresh flowers, fresh bread and a great bakery and butchers and fishmongers! Over all a great all round grocery store!
