The Ferocious Mingle Marcade

An Aladin’s Cave with so many unusual and quirky items for sale and my absolute fave and I will be back to purchase, is an old-​school type writer!
They have so much vintage pieces from clothing, homewares, camera, record players, jewellery and assortment of anything and everything really. There is so much to take in as you browse around this store and even better, there is no pressure from the folks running it… You can browse to your hearts content without being badgered every minute, which I really love in a store.
There is a café up on the mezzanine level… It is such a quaint alternative café space, would happily lounge, read a book and ponder life in here. However… Whilst they might do a good tea I certainly won’t be opting for the coffee again. I asked for a flat white and it just wasn’t good, in fact I watched as a latte and flat white were prepared the exact same… this place deserves an epic coffee dock, shame!

I am glad that i came a cross this Place. Its fantastic as it combines 3 shops, Antique shop, art shop (ground floor) and a café (last floor). I love collecting antiques and vintages and this place has it all. The people who work their wear a an old style clothes from a different era, which gives the place this bizarre and unique atmosphere. I would defiantly go there for s brunch and its already one of my fav spots in Dublin.

Too bad this place is not open all days of the week! With its magical atmosphere it’s one of my favourite go to places to get cool stuff to add to my place (and wear)

Stop here and you won’t want to leave. Let the music and eye-​catching, gone-​but-​not forgotten treasures take you away…
Believe me when I say you’ll want to get lost in this world of yesterday.

Super super cool place, the most hipster of the hipster places to eat, drink and shop! (Not that I am an expert, but I get that impression) The place is an fun little collection of food, craft and «time-​worn,» could be the best word to use here, independent stalls that have blended perfectly together to form a hang out place that one could actually spend all day in.
The wonderful thing is that the place is decorated as if it all belongs together, with a coffee and cake bar on the indoor balcony, a movie area in the back and a health food stand where delicious looking lunch can be purchased and eaten at the various tables on the balcony area. A piano sits against the wall and music is played in the afternoons.
You could spend a day upstairs on the balcony alone, there is enough to look at and a plentiful supply of coffee and cakes! I had a gluten free vegan banana bread today for a euro, and it was very tasty!
This is a great way to spend an afternoon, would absolutely recommend coming here on your day off!

The space of the old lighting shop seems to go on forever, both up and down!
On your first visit you’ll be like:

«Over there, incense!»
«It’s a little cinema and AND CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG IS ON!!»

The Marcade is a mixture of all sorts of stalls; from food to hats to vintage ware and goods to furniture to greeting cards. And that was just on a Thursday. On Saturday there will be even more stands down the back.
