The Joke Box

This used to be THE best shop in tallaght when i was younger, so many fun things all packed into one little shop. i dont think i ever once bought anything in here but i went in every time i was over in tallaght. I’m kinda surprised its still here actually, i mean its gotinteresting things in it butreally you could buy the stuff cheaper on the internet these days and the stock has never really been updated, its the same things i used to look at years ago.
so what kind of things are they you ask? well how about sweets that turn your mouth blue, the ever famous whoopy cushions, exploding golf balls, fake dog poo, fake cigarettes so you could make your parents believe you were smoking, they had those silly glasses with eyeballs on springs, there were catapult type things and water balloons, that kind of thing, you can probably add to the list yourself and you would probably be able to get it in here.
long live the joke shop i say, it has delighted children for years now but its not somewhere i go these days!
