Excellent butcher, really good selection and value. It’s my preferred spot to buy meat in Dublin. They have lots of pre-made stuff too, like chicken breasts stuffed with chorizo. YUM. My husband and I get those all the time. Their bacon is great too, and I’ve never gotten a steak that disappoints. Be sure to ask if you don’t see what you’re looking for, there’s more stuff in the back/refrigerator than what’s displayed a lot of times.

This is THE place to go when you have plans to cook dinner. They have everything from single pre-marinated chicken and fish fillets to massive ribeyes and pork roasts. My go to item is their pork shoulder. Just 2 onions, some marinade, and a crockpot and I have perfect pulled pork every time. Please give them a try!

Excellent service. I was looking for a boned lamb shoulder. The butcher took a full lamb carcass out of the fridge and prepared it in front of me. Great to see. I also got excellent home made chicken bouillon. The cuts of meat look fabulous. I’ll be back next for cote de boeuf which looked amazing! Staff are very friendly and made me feel they were appreciative of my business.

This is probably my favourite business in Dublin and the best butcher i’ve been to. The guys that work there are all incredibly helpful and friendly. If you’re not sure what you’re after, they recommend you a cut based on your requirements. The meat is always good quality, if you ask them to vacuum pack it it’ll last for 5 days and it’s better value than supermarkets. As well as standard meats, they do a range of marinaded stuff, some ready meals and side dishes you just need to put in the oven. The best thing about the place is the fridge they mature their steaks in — an absolutely fantastic sight for a carnivore. I’d recommend a t-bone or a cote de boeuf.
