Shockingly poor standard of dry cleaning. I left in one winter coat that is now ruined. A clear lack of knowledge exists of how to care for particular textiles, something one would assume a drycleaning company should be well versed in :(

Conveniently located in the city centre, particularly handy if you work nearby. I had a zip replaced in a dress, though it was quite expensive at € 20. I probably would look for a better value alternative, pretty unremarkable alterations shop. Its very cramped inside, so I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable changing into something that I want altered, location is more suited to basic alterations.

I went here to get 3 debs dress’s altered. I ordered them online and the fit was all wrong.
One dress had beading through out it. When i brought it into the zip yard and lovely lady helped me out straight away.
She told me it would take 2 weeks, (which i expected seeing the beading) but she listened to all my requests and was very helpful.
I had to come back one week later for a fitting and i was so happy with the train of the dress. She altered the 5 layers (this sounds like an awful tacky dress! haha) perfectly and understood exactly how i wanted the train.
I was very pleased with all the help i was given after i was sent away from two other alteration places prior.
It was such a relief when it was finished and even though it wasnt cheap, the finish products looked really well.
I would recommend this place when looking for a job done right.

I had a zip related emergency today when the zip in my skirt broke at work and ran over to the Zip Yard…
45 minutes to complete a job my mother could have done in 5!!! They even offered me someone elses clothes to wear so I could go back to work!!! Slightly shocked by that! And before I’d left the girl on the counter was back playing with her iphone! Not impressed at all and I won’t be going back!
