Best hairdressers I’ve ever gone to! I’ve been a client here for 4 years and I couldn’t highly recommend it more! They are amazing what they do in here and theirs no hesitations or any changes to what you want done to your hair here!

Whenever I have a few bob, I make the trip into Zeba on South William street to tame the oul tresses. I really like it in there because the staff are really friendly and actually listen to what you want. I sometimes find trips to the hairdressers a slightly intimidating experience and sometimes I have found that they like to take a sort of creative licence approach that isn’t always welcome! I find the level of quality of Zeba really high and they even do half price colour on Mondays which is a big plus! The only criticism I would have is that even with their promotions, they are still quite expensive so as a student, I can only really afford to go there occasionally! Them message chairs tho!

Excellent Salon! Having been away on and off for a few years I was delighted to find that Paul is still running this great salon and it was a real pleasure to return here. As always he cut my hair superbly and took the time to tell me and show me what was going on with my hair and how I could dry it in a way that would support rather than harm it. He also puts a few highlights in which blended perfectly with the sun bleached bottom part of my hair. I was a bit anxious that I would end up with different colors on the top and bottom, but he blended it perfectly. I rarely have highlights as my very fine hair bleaches easily in the sun, but I will do this again when it gets darker in the winter. What I particularly love about this salon and Paul’s work in particular, is that he listens to what I want style wise and I always leave feeling brilliant. Aside of course from the wonderful massage chairs, cups of tea/coffee, daily paper and magazines and very helpful and friendly staff who do the most wonderful head massages when washing my hair — and all for a reasonable price!(I am not related to any of the staff or owners by the way :))

You might think that I only give 5 stars. These days it is quite true and the reason is simply because I only find awesome places ! Let’s get craicking :) One star for the salon: It is located on South William street, crossing Exchequer street, and close to the Powerscourt Centre. You climb a few stairs and there you are entering the salon. Inside it’s modern and spacious. One star for the booking process: I called to take an appointment. The day before I received a confirmation text as well as the name of my hairdresser. It was the first time I was going there. I also received a call an hour before my appointment because my appointed hairdresser was sick and replaced by another person. They wanted to ask me if that was ok. Who does that? I am impressed. One star on the service: I got in for a hair upstyle. David — my newly appointed hairdresser — had me explain all about the event I was going to. I was actually invited to go to St Andrew’s Oxford annual graduation ball(UK). We brainstormed. He decided on a very Audrey Hepburn kind of upstyle. I agreed. And then he brushed my hair… OMG I felt tingling on my scalp and in my neck. I thought I was going to fall asleep. Does he know about ASMR(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)? If he doesn’t then it must be an innate gift ! One star for the hair upstyle: I came out of the salon completely satisfied with the result. That simple sophistication was everything I wanted. I have posted 3 pictures if you want to take a look and let me know what you think. I have included a picture of the final ensemble(hair + make-up + dress) onsite: D One star for the overall experience: David was super nice. Everyone in the salon was super nice too. It was brilliant from start to finish. Price: 45 euros — He did a good job and I am not sure I would have had the same result elsewhere. I highly recommend Zeba for a hair upstyle. I have yet to try getting my hair colored or cut but should I need to, I will definitely go there :)

Worst cut and color EVER! So disappointed and even went for consultation to explain what I wanted. All show and no substance. You could do better with the smaller salons around the area as they actually care about the customer. This salon clearly does not.

Great Salon. Amazing massage chairs for the wash and a super relaxing ‘shampoo-ing’. Price is reasonable and the junior stylist are pretty fabulous! Enjoy!

Mmmm, worth a visit just for the divine massage chairs! Don’t you just hate straining your neck while having your hair washed? Not a problem here! The chair reclines and pummels, kneads and soothes your back, neck and legs! Stylists are generally very good and although it’s pricey they frequently have excellent mid week offers.

I’ll be honest — hair has never been my forte. I generally saunter into Salons, plonk myself down and expect the hairdresser to know what to do with my hair — and then wonder why I never get a cut I like. So its no surprise that before I came to Zeba it had been almost a year since my tresses had seen the scissor! But for the first time, I received professional service from someone who knew what would suit me: my hairdresser simply ran his fingers through my hair and told me what he thought I was in need of. I trusted his advice and two months on my hair’s looking as bouncy as it did when I strolled out of the salon doors(well, almost!). The service was friendly and professional and the chic décor makes it a truly pleasant environment to pamper yourself in. Need I mention the massaging chairs? Lovely! I won’t be leaving it a year before my next cut this time.
