Art & Hobby Shop

Art and Hobby shops in my opinion are absolutely fantastic. This one in particular has been an essential place to visit for many a year, providing much needed supplies for any and every weird artistic trip i may be on. The shops are always jam packed with some of the most entertaining things you will ever encounter. They literally sell everything from Lego to paint brushes and toy cars to Kites. Just always good fun to walk about and have a gander.
They seem to only hire the happiest and nicest staff possible. i wouldn’t be surprised if it was a requirement for the job!
The only thing that i would put against this shop is the prices. While in town one can go to the far more serious yet far cheaper Reads for their art supplies in Dun Laoghaire this one of the only options for those looking to get art related materials. and it can get expensive. That is not to say that it’s the shop that is making it expensive, art supplies are in their nature an elitist product and have always been expensive. However it is a pity that in a small town where the store has the monopoly on art supplies (save for Eason who have a bit but not a lot) that prices couldn’t be taken down a smidgen!
