This little chipper has a wide variety of food available, reasonably priced, and surprisingly it all seems to taste quite well. I say surprisingly, because I tend not to think a place that serves burgers, pizza, chicken, kebab, et al as being very specialised… but I have had the burgers, I have had the mushrooms, I have had the kebab, I have had the pizza and it is all quite good. Their pepperoni is quite good. Actually, it would not be an exaggeration to say it is the best pepperoni pizza I’ve had in Ireland. The burgers are thick and well topped, though the buns get a bit soggy if you let it sit too long! The chips are amazing and the portions massive. For 2.40 you get about thrice the portions you would from a large at McDonalds or Burger King. The downsides are few. First, they don’t deliver on their own, so you have to use Just-Eat. This is only a minor annoyance, as there is a service fee. Then again, the chipper would probably charge a service fee anyway, so it likely balances out. The customer service is sound enough. After eleven deliveries there has never been an incorrect or tardy order. Once when I requested feta, they promptly called to apologise that they do not stock feta. Further, I dislike onions on my kebabs and have always requested that there be none, to this date there never has been a single sliver of an onion — for that I am pleased.
