No one likes having to deal with the revenue office, but sure, if you have to, there is no better way than calling down in person to their office. They are very helpful and extremely nice here. The office in Ennis rarely has a queue longer than one or two people, and you can get in and out in under half an hour in most cases. The ladies who work here are brilliant and on the ball. One day after fighting on the phone for an hour with the head office in Dublin, being bounced between extensions, told to ring other numbers, etc. I just gave up and drove to this office with my query and they sorted out the whole issue in minutes.
