This place is pure genius. Roasted red pepper coriander soup paired with turkey cranberry stuffing was absolutely lovely. The owners were delightful as we’ll. not a bad word can be spoken about my visit. Absolutely delicious!!!

Yesterday’s Mexican Bean soup with fresh salsa and tortilla chips was sooo nice, it was so filling it was my main meal of the day, I will be back for that. As always they make my coffee just as I like it and today the in-house made biscuit cake was to die for, moist and chocolatey, such wonderful comfort food and as Tina said the perfect pick me up at 4pm :-) Kennedy’s is a great coffee shop and I am so lucky to have it on my doorstep and the staff are great, helpful and very friendly

Pee’d off with having my wallet nicked the night before, my sister brought me here to treat me to breakfast. And it was lovely. We both went for the French toast. Compared to some of the more fashionable places in town to get your French toast, there was masses of it on the plate. And it was lovely too. We started off sitting outside and it was lovely in the sun. But alas it started to rain, so we high-tailed it indoors. A pleasant café with lovely staff, you wouldn’t be going too wrong to have your breakfast or lunch in here. The coffee hit the mark also. PS they use Bretzel Bread in here too, which is a great bonus.

I love Kennedy’s! They have wonderful coffee(see my photo of my pretty latte!) excellent baked goods and their homemade soups are to die for. I fell INLOVE with the chef’s Irish root veg soup. Really really good. It’s just a wonderful little place to grab a coffee and scone or a nice lunch… it’s an easy walk from Powerscourt. And let’s not forget how absolutely charming the people who work there are. Really loved the place and hope to go back soon!

My mom and I stayed in Enniskerry October 2009. Every morning that we were able, we would walk down and visit Santina and extended family at Kennedy’s. We would get a scone or two and have the best café mocha ever! We are from Chicago, and it was hard for us to find a place in Ireland that could whip up a latte … Satina was our women! Not only was the food & drink delicious, Satina and friends were extremely friendly and not to mention, helpful. They were the best tour guides! Rick Steve’s has nothing on them! They would even make a map and say which restaurant to head to afterwards. At Kennedy’s you will find locals, new and old friends, families and soon to be friends. They are shopping for fresh vegetables, cheeses, ice creams, eggs, and breads. Essentially, you can find all you are looking for(and more!) at Kennedy’s. You really get a sense of Irish friendship at Kennedy’s. I can’t rave enough about Satina and Kennedy’s. If you are in the area. . staying at the Ritz? … headed to Powerscourt Gardens? … make sure to stop in and say hey to Satina and friends! You’ll be glad you did!
