I’ve been here a few times now, and it is never a letdown. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. I usually go here for a coffee/cappuccino and I must say they are always consistent. Any food I’ve ever eaten here has also been of a high standard. One of my personal favourites.

***Sandwich in my photo was € 8.00 per sandwich not including tea or coffee. Miscommunication between me and the OH who paid*** I’m going with four stars here. Firstly because we’re not trying any of the tasty looking cakes, scores or brownies so I have no idea if they taste as good as they look and secondly because the tea is just ok. The coffee is good though. Now on to lunch… We ordered sausage sandwiches. Not the healthiest of options but we still have q drive ahead of us. Holy god. Soft, thick-cut white bread slathered with GARLIC butter and three delicious fat herby sausages inside. I am stuffed, I’m so full. Accompanied by a lovely salad and a small bowl of chips which I’ve had to leave and served by the cutest smiley waitress, the owner’s young daughter. The décor is cute and very comfortable with mostly wooden tables and chairs and a sofa area that we snagged for ourselves. There’s decking out front for sitting in the sunshine which is full today. Paintings, some for sale by local artists I presume line the walls and there is a mix of recent pop music played unobtrusively in the background.
