We came here as part of a scheduled tour stop. I wasn’t too thrilled to come here, but they had free irish coffee, so that put me in better spirits. They also had cute hats, despite it being super expensive. When I tried to pay using my VAT card, they told me that I had to purchase 30 euros worth of items before they could offer me duty free. SERIOUSLY? I’ve purchased 6 euros worth of items and was able to get the item tax free, so there was no way what she was saying was true. But I just walked away as a dumb tourist taking what the sales lady said as the truth. BEWARE of this issue before purchasing anything here. The items here are definitely overpriced but they are nice.
