Thanks the leprechauns for this random spot! Outside of the main downtown drag of Galway, across the river bridge, there’s a great pub or two. And in the middle of this mix, is the Pizza Cabin. It’s a tiny little joint, serving up slices and pizzas made to order. They send them over to the bar next door but it’s open late so after your Jameson fill when you need to carb load, they’re convenient. The pizza itself, meh, it’s okay. Definitely does the trick when starving past pub food hours though. Snag a pie, grab a cab, and eat it in bed in your hotel room reliving your evening: That’s what we did!
