This spa is so relaxing and beautiful, top standard. The massages are really good and the treatment rooms, relaxation rooms and thermal suite are some of the best I’ve been too. You get a nice bathrobe and slippers and the staff are very professional yet friendly. The facials here are much better than regular beauty salons and the products they use smell gorgeous. They also have some great deals and packages where you can get half and full day spa packed from 99 to 150 euro which includes the use of the thermal suite, and some that include lunch or cocktails. The atmosphere is so relaxing with nice relaxation chairs, dim lights, cushions, magazines and self service tea. I would highly recommend this spa for a massage or bath treatment as the quality is very high and the service is excellent.

How has nobody reviewed this?! Spirit One is so good! It’s heavenly. A day(or even a half day) in the spa here will leave you completely switched off from the world and super relaxed. Upon arrival you’ll be handed a huge fluffy white robe and matching slippers, and a padlock for a locker to put your belongings in. You couldn’t possibly be anything less than zen after a few hours in the thermal suite. As a constantly cold person I reckon the only time I’ve ever truly been warm is in the Rock Sauna, I love it. Couldn’t imagine nicer treatment rooms, they are gorgeous. I’ve had several massages here and while they don’t reeeeally work out deep knots they are nonetheless very relaxing and definitely worthwhile, especially if they come as part of a package. The Elemis facials are nice, but the Olé Henriksen 8 Step Purifying facial left my skin softer and clearer than it has been in years. I can’t recommend it enough. If you want a break from the heat and steam of the thermal suite during the day there is a lovely relaxation area with soft lighting, comfy couches and complimentary tea, herbal tea and coffee. The restaurants upstairs in the Radisson are all great too if you’re around for lunch. The spa often has midweek specials which are worth keeping an eye out for. It’s probably up there with my all time favourite places ever, if I were rich they’d never get me out.
