Fitzpatrick Coaches

We did our Rick Steves tour of Ireland and the chosen bus tour operator was Fitzpatricks. If you’ve done a Rick Steves Tour before, that will tell you something. Rick Steves chooses nothing but the best bus drivers and companies. On the winding back roads of Ireland, passing other buses, going through small towns with cars parked all over the place, these guys are great.
Fitzpatrick Coaches took us all over Ireland, through the back roads and through the busy congested cities like Dublin, Galway and Belfast and the tight, tight towns of Donegal, Dingle, Kinsale, Portrush and many others over the 14 days of travel. I have nothing but the highest regard for this company.
The bus we had was purchased just a few months before our trip this July. It was clean and spacious. It rode comfortably along the many roads we travelled. These folks do other types of tours, weddings, corporate, one day trips. Try them out.
If your driver is Pascal, say hello for us. And then, sit back and enjoy the ride. I believe he could put that bus through the eye of a needle.
