Nora Wickham Opticians

I’ve been going to Nora for twenty years for eye tests, my glasses and contact lenses. I don’t know if it’s more expensive than other options like Specsavers or Vision Express as the last number of times I’ve had my test done it’s been through PRSI.
I find the service very personal in Nora’s. You’re the only person there when you have an appointment. The range of glasses is excellent starting at about € 50 for a pair of frames up to a few hundred if you prefer a designer pair. The thing that costs the most in an opticians anyway is the lenses for your glasses.
What I especially like about Nora Wickham’s is that when you are choosing new frames Nora will let you take a box of approximately ten frames home with you to try on at your leisure and drop them back within a few days after you have decided on the style. Which means no rushing my decision while in the shop. Of course I’m assuming she may do this only after you’ve been coming to her as a regular.
