You can’t beat this place, best food in greystones, 90 Euro for 2 courses each and a couple of glasses really nice of wine. The staff are really nice, real homely feel to the place and the food is top notch, she had the steak I had the brisket, delicious… good night gaurenteed!

Best sticky toffee pudding in the world! My BLT and home cut fries were lovely too — but the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!

Not the best spot but it’s fine if you’re looking for a straightforward meal or breakfast. My partner and I came in here yesterday after deciding to avoid the long queue in the rain outside the Happy Pear at brunch-hour. Both way too hungry to wait for healthy food, we went looking for the next best thing on Unilocal. The food here was good enough and the staff were lovely. I don’t think it would win any prizes but they have some nice brunch options. We both came out full and happy enough but didn’t think we would go back again. There are just so many good places around the Dublin area for brunch that it’s not worth it to go for the lukewarm places. However, I don’t want to be too harsh, because it wasn’t that bad and there were definitely some other cool things on the menu to try out.

I have been here dozens of times and they never fail to deliver. For breakfast, I am a creature of habit and always get their poached eggs and bacon on toast– and they do the bacon nice and crispy(I have«bacon wiggly bit phobia»). Today I was most impressed: I went in for my first lunch. I wasn’t starving — just peckish. The menu was robust but seemed to be more food than I needed. I was pondering over the menu and the server went through the smallest size options. I was still indecisive so she proactively offered to do «a half portion of fish and chips for € 6,95» instead of the full € 13,95. SOLD! That’s service I don’t usually see here in Ireland.

Randomly driving around Dublin, I don’t know how we ended up here as we came from Ashbourne. We walked around the town, so much to choose from in Greystones. We were going to go to the hungry monk, is that even what it’s called!!! But we chose the Three Q’s I must say it is amazing. Upon arriving we felt it was tiny. But the choices on the menu were unreal, Rabbit, Steak, Pheasant… not what we were expecting when we walked in. The servers were all really friendly and answered all my questions(which as the wine flowed more questions came out) Turns out its a family run business. G had the Rabbit I had the steak… and we were rolled out of there. It was one of the most unexpectedly amazing meals I have ever had. We had never tried rabbit, so it was a bold move but when it came out we were pleasant… amazingly surprised. Overall one great little spot, really enjoyable.

Arrived at 13:30 for lunch on a Friday, totally packed. Ordered the BLT and my husband ordered the steak. He said the steak was great. The BLT had plenty of bacon but was super tough almost like a jerky. Fries were good and rocket is well, rocket. Waitstaff are very friendly. Outdoor seating on street took advantage of the sunshine. Overall didn’t leave me with a «wow».
