A CENTRE to take exclusively care of YOUR lovely SELF. — Am I dreaming? Please tell me more, much moooooore :) What do they do ? You don’t go to Your Self Centre. Your Self Centre comes to you ! A bit like Chuck Norris but in a more subtle, sophisticated, luxurious way A few months ago, I went to a fashion show at the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford. During the show, I registered myself to get a back massage with a therapist from Your Self Centre. They also provided free mini manicure, but my nails were already done so… Anyway, after the show I went upstairs. A room had been transformed into a mini spa, very cocooning atmosphere with a table for the manicure treatment and another corner with the back massage chair. Girls were all very excited about the whole experience, as a matter of fact, we were kindly offered some pink champagne. That was very relaxing indeed ! We all loosened up but chatted up more than ever XD How was it ? Once it was my turn to be treated, I went to sit on the back massage chair. Needless to say that I didn’t need to remove my clothes for that kind of massage. It was quite a relief for me as the corner for the back massage treatment was opened and everybody could see. What the hell was I thinking? ;) Anyway, the therapist asked me a few questions before starting, to make sure that I didn’t have any injuries. She also quickly explained how she was going to proceed, meaning she was going to gently massage me by pressing on different points up and down my back. She was very nice and I felt very comfortable when she started. When she finished, I was completely relaxed and… Actually I wanted her to continue but, well, time was over. It lasted 15 minutes and I can honestly tell you that it was some of the best minutes in my beauty therapy experience. Ok, I don’t have much experience but it was the best time ever anyway XD Where are they ? The headquarters are in Sutton, but they are everywhere the client is. They work with event organizers and participate in all types of events, such as fashion shows or corporate events. They also work with companies and individuals. Anything else to add? Afterwards, I had the chance to meet the Director of Your Self Centre. Nadia Nevin told me that they only provide top quality Organic and Natural Skin Care and Body Care products such as Sante, Logona and Aqua Bio. That’s great news for people who suffer from allergies, and let me tell you that I am one of them. So, I welcomed the idea with open arms and mind ! — We don’t believe in genetically-engineered ingredients so we don’t use them in our products.
