Brock Delappe

Considering that Unilocal normally has bad reviews on a lot of places this one might not seem out of place. But unfortunately this is the first website i have found that i can actually put down what i feel about this company and its agents.
My experience is as follows (with no embellishment)
1. Phone to find out about a rental property in Tallaght leave message
2. Get a phone call back from agent next day explaining times I can view the apt (either 3pm today or 7pm tomorrow).
3. Get another phone call from agent saying the exact same thing he did before. Obviously not knowing that he had actually phoned me before and treating me as a new client. I had to remind him that he had phoned me and we had arranged the viewing.
3. Next day when I’m supposed to be viewing the apt my girlfriend asks to see it, I search online where i found it and it says that its been let.
4. I phone Brock Delappe trying to find out about the apt and they say they will get an agent to phone me in a few minutes.
5. No agents phone.
6. Still waiting for agent to phone me and tell me that the apartment isn’t for rent any more and that the viewing for 7pm, arranged the day before, is no longer on, only catch is its 11:30 pm now and its the day of the viewing.
I’m not sure how other people would handle this, but for someone that is willing to put their money down, i think its a shocking way to treat clientele.
