Love Boogie Bounce with Lucy at Unique Physique! The class is fun, but you still get a serious, sweaty workout. Lucy is a great instructor– full of energy, friendly, and motivating without being intimidating about it. The first part of class is choreographed cardio on the mini trampoline. There are safety handles so don’t worry! It takes a few songs to get acquainted with the feeling of being on the trampoline, but even as you get your footing and learn the moves you’re still having fun and working hard. The last part of the class is strength training focusing on arms, abs, and butt/thighs. You will feel the burn! Boogie Bounce is the kind of class you look forward to, and if I’m looking forward to working out, Lucy is definitely doing something right.
