Kinnagoe Bay is a secluded beach in Inishowen, County Donegal, Ireland. It is known for being the location of the wreck of the Spanish Armada ship«Trinidad Valencera» in 1588; in memory of which a plaque is mounted. The beach is accessible by a weaving road from the top of the hill. There is a small car park at the beach which gets very busy during the summer. the sat nav co ordinates for the car park are N 55° 15.517″ W 07° 00.770″ It is one of the places of interest on the Inishowen 100 scenic route. Fishing: Kinnagoe bay attracts fisherman from all around Ireland. The wreck of «la trinidad valencera» attracts a lot of fish. By either spinning from the rocks or casting from the beach there is plenty of fish to be caught, including species like: pollack, wrasse, coalfish, dogfish, bass, flounder, and more.
