I was scouting for restaurants in the early afternoon and came across this place. The décor, menu and wine list were all to my liking, so we returned that evening. We ordered two glasses of wine, nice big pours of a Chablis and a red Bordeaux, an appetizer charcuterie plate consisting of terrine, foie gras, Bayonne ham, smoked duck and thinly sliced sausage, all exceptional and only 10 euro, and a plate of salmon tartare, simply thin sliced salmon decorated with olive oil, lemon juice and capers(8 euro). Delicious. We finished with a berry and whipped cream crêpe, which was perfectly constructed. The whole experience was perfect. Had we been in town another night we would have returned.

Lovely restaurant near the Clarion Limerick. Managed to get a reservation squeezed in after arriving in the afternoon and wound up being the only non-locals here. Loved the duck crackling that came with the bread. Definitely worth a stop.
