Always stop in Longford Town, on the way to Mayo, for breakfast and head straight to PV’s Bar. They do a great hearty Irish breakfast and it’s worth stopping for.
Stopped last weekend but had just missed breakfast so had soup instead.
Again very popular with the locals who were coming in to get dinners.
Plenty of daily papers were left scattered around so a good place to have a free read with you pint or pot of tea :-)
