Saw it in Courtown, it was a lot of fun, good day out with the kids. Staff were very friendly and the performers work very hard. There are no animals (bar two shetland ponies for rides around the ring) so the only whiff of exploitation was from the popcorn stand (3euro for little more than a handful). Ringside seats are only worth it if you get there very early, otherwise plump for the midrange seats to get a view from the front of the ring: the acts mainly play to there.
