Macari’s Take Away

I don’t mean to sound like a dick but I’ve had three terrible experiences at macaris in the last week. First off on December 24 th they mixed my order up with another customer so when I arrived home I found someone else’s food in the bag; that sucks for both of us. Secondly today (dec 28^th) they once again messed up an order, this time my friends — after ordering two ½ lb burgers he got ¼ lbrs and a very hostile response from when he politely raised the issue with staff. Thirdly again tonight I ordered one thing — a breast of chicken and was confronted by staff at the till who insisted that there was no chicken left and that I never placed the order when it was time to pay. I asked why they took my order if this was the case and was basically told to fuck off. Not good enough macaris. I love the food but won’t tolerate passive aggressive, disrespectful staff.
