I came here for coffee and they gave me a free truffle when I ordered the regular size as opposed to small. It was pretty cheap, and they also have chocolate samples to try. The shop has some really pretty chocolates in some interesting flavours like dark chocolate and chilli, hazelnut, caramel etc. that would be perfect for a gift. The boy who was working there when we went was really friendly, and the café is about 5 mins from Blarney castle. It’s pretty small inside though, with only a table, but overall it’s a nice little stop when visiting the castle.

Cute as a button this store called my name. We bought a number of chocolates and loved every bit. I would suggest the«rocky road» clusters. Our personal favorite. Beautiful layout. Nice service. Loved it

This place is in the centre of the Blarney village just about a five minute walk from the entrance to Blarney castle and the Blarney Stone. It serves up fairly alright hot chocolate(small € 2.50 — if you buy regular drinks then a free truffle is included and a truffle is priced about 1euro) and fairly good chocolates but while they are priced similar to hotel Chocolat with the latter far better. They also sell coffees and tea. The hot chocolate and coffees come out of what seems a domestic push button machine. The chocolate is the main attraction; milk, dark and white with various blocks, bars, truffles, gift boxes like chocolate tools, mint or orange flavours, a zingy chilli there too and so on all made from imported Belgian chocolate. A box of 20 truffles cost me € 17. They mail order chocolate all over the planet. It’s a very small place indoors, and there are no seats, you stand at small, tall tables to take your drink so standing in not sitting in. The owner was friendly and helpful and despite our buying the small drink sizes we still got a truffle each. Moreish.
