Worst after sales services I have ever experienced. Promised a follow up call after dropping off defective product — no follow up 3 months later. Called in and then was told I would be called on Monday — no call. Called them back 2 weeks later and was told to call in and pick up replacement product. Called in to pick it up and was told they had no record!!! The very helpful lady told me that they had no record me leaving anything in under warranty!!! I have very come across that level of incompetency in all my life. It will be the last time I buy anything from that company.

I only buy my electronics from this store and at this location mainly because they have a staff member who knows more about products than anyone Ive ever met. if he went to the competition then so would I but for now I buy here.
