This was a good and bad shopping experience. Looking for clothes, found no clothes, but that’s probably not really the fault of Debenhams. I did get a bag which I needed and it was on sale. I wanted to buy more though. I wanted to get refill of my Dior foundation. For about 10 minutes I hovered around the Dior counter trying different testers and clearly wanting assistance. There was no-​one at Dior… or at least no-​one labeled as a Dior assistant, and it would seem that the people from Clarins, Benefit and Urban Decay could or would not help me… I was bereft and couldn’t buy the very expensive make-​up I wanted… oh well… bugger that — I’ll just go spend my money elsewhere!
