Shealane Country House

This B&B is located just across the bridge in Portmagee. There was only
one room left when we arrived. According to the owner, the
smallest one. It had a queen size bed and a water cooker. No TV, but it’s
own bathroom and free (albeit slow) WiFi. Furniture was modern cottage style and the room was painted in friendly lavender colors. Though the room itself had no TV, the guest lounge had a huge 50″ Flatscreen made a quite comfy impression.
For breakfast there was a wide variety available, from full Irish over pancakes to kiplings. The owners, Mary and Jim, were very friendly and even helped organizing a trip to the Skelligs.
The room was 60 EUR including breakfast for the two of us. No Credit Cards accepted.
