Best chips in Dublin 14? Got to be Roma! and so says I for the last 15 years. Made from real potato’s, chipped nice and big and thick and cooked to perfection! They also got the dose of salt and vinegar just right too! Umm, I can smell them now! The only thing that has changed in 15 years I am afraid to say is the price! An extortionate € 2.70 per bag! But as a treat, well worth it!
Of course they serve all the other usual chipper food from battered burgers to fish to kebabs and even pizza and pasta now! They deliver for a € 2 fee.
Their well priced meal deals and lunch specials do a great trade with the school kids so try to avoid between 12.30 and 1.30pm.
