So our Tour company booked us at five Castles. All worked out great til we get to Abby We get there and they say «no reservations, we have nothing!» We were a party of 14 needed 7 rooms. They said we are full. We even had our print out that stated we had rooms. We were pushed out of the hotel ASAP because a wedding party was there. Our suspicion is if a larger party needs your space you will lose your spot!!! Definitely don’t recommend. The gentlemen at the front was annoyed with us. We are Americans I’m Ireland!!! We are without a hotel. Hello
