McDonalds

This is definitely one of the better McDonald’s, and I’ve been to many in a lot of different countries. The staff are friendly, the service is efficient, the place is clean, and the opening hours are long. Worth a stop.

As my partner asked when he first saw this place: is this the smallest McDonalds ever?
Perhaps and on this occasion I am sure they would have wish they’d built a bigger one. The place literally had a queue out the door. We were lucky to get parking in fact. Summer time and people were on the road going on to or from their holidays on the M7.
But to be fair the staff played a blinder and the food was served up lickety split and the queue moved quick.
Sitting outside the food, well its McDonalds… it was hot which can be a plus.
Leaving we decided to use the drive through as the entrance was block with people leaving and people arriving.
BTW when you see the «McDonalds: 3 mins» sign on the motorway, it is more than 3 mins away. Perhaps they meant the exit for this McDonalds was 3 mins away… oh well, first world problems.
All in all, it was good. But the size (on this occasion), the parking and the misleading signposting from the motorway = A-​OK.
