Columbus, OH
This was the first stop on our road trip around Ireland, and it was wonderful. Mary, the owner, was so nice and hospitable. Our room was clean, and perfect for the two of us. My boyfriend and I both ordered the traditional Irish breakfast, and it was delicious! The view from the house is really pretty– you can see the bay. It’s a very convenient location. You can walk along the promenade, and the city is only a few miles away. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Galway.

This was by far the best place we stayed in our trip to Ireland. Mary was very friendly and helpful in giving us tips on things to see and do. She provides a great breakfast with a number of great options. You can mix and match and get anything you want on the menu. The room was large and comfortable. It’s walking distance to the shops at Salthill (10 minute walk) and Galway (25 minute walk). I highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

It was wonderful to be greeted with coffe and cookies in the sitting room. Rooms and breakfast was wonderful. Best hospitality. We were sad to leave.

If your like me and think touristy places and college towns are about as fun as getting a duct tape bikini wax then you will wana stay in the Salthill area of Galway. Out from the hustle-​and-​bustle but close enough to everything you want to see. The beach is also a 2 minute walk from the front door. The owners were so very nice and friendly. Gave us a map of the city and offered to have breakfast set up for us SUPER early due to the fact we were leaving at 4am. The house is traditional Irish and lovely. Ultra clean and very modern looking bedding and amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.
