this is a very smart, yummy and friendly little café on the main street of Skerries. They serve a delicious seafood chowder with fish that may have come straight from the nearby Howth pier.
they do a nice deal for the daily soup and wrap for € 5 which it’s a nice snack after your walk along the beach.
i like the décor as the place looks very clean, welcoming and the staff had no problem with the big gang of us with kids turning up! the girl behind the counter was all smiles which was genuine and friendly and patient with noisy brats.
not my kids of course, they’re angels! with rusty halos.
