Fabio’s isn’t just a gelateria, but embodies the warm personality of Florentine Fabio himself! He has daily specials, as well as dairy free options! It is very ‘cosy’, with seating for perhaps no more than 4 people. He has begun to make (vegan friendly) soups and sandwiches, but I haven’t had the chance to try these yet. The coffee comes highly recommended however.
I’ve eaten gelato in the ice-​creams capitals of the world (Florence, Venice and Rome) and Fabio’s gelato is comparable to the best. Delighted its on my doorstep in Sligo. You always leave smiling! A real little gem on Sligo’s culinary map.
