The company I work for have an office in this building and so we use the meeting rooms sometimes when we need a bigger space. The staff are lovely to deal with and the facilties are good, although we’ve only ever hired the smaller (capacity 20) rooms. It’s a handy location, 7 minutes walk from O’Connell Street and there is a huge amount of security in terms of there being a need for access cards to get anywhere in the building. Handy and reasonably priced.
