Good rainy day spot. 6 euros for 1 kid and the food isn’t bad. Lots of options and reasonably priced. 2 euro for a kids ham and cheese in a train cutout. Lots of riding play toys, castle with slide.

My wife and I really like it here. You can leave your child playing with other children at a minimal cost with no specified time limit. It’s great for meeting new parents and organising playdates when you start to get to know other people. You can order food too for you and your child if you’re feeling peckish. You can’t bring in your own food though, which is fair enough as it is a café after all. The selection of toys is great and always clean. The ball pit and slides are padded well too so we’re never had any bad falls. You have to take your shoes off when you go in, so no socks with holes — I learned that the hard way! The café in Terenure has loads of parking for free on-site, not sure about the Ballsbridge one. Best thing about it? It leaves our kid absolutely wrecked after playing and having fun for a few hours so we get some time to ourselves in the afternoon when he’s asleep!
