While walking to a bed and breakfast in Inistioge from Thomastown, I happened upon a sign for another B&B, and decided to check it out. I ended up staying there, and I really enjoyed it. The owner, Julie, was as nice as a person can be (she even called someone to find me and pick me up when I left my passport in the room!) Also, I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had there: a smoked salmon scramble with tomatoes and chives. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place; you won’t regret it.
