Visited this place in the middle of January with a friend and the 2 of us comprised the entire tour group. The tour guide was easily the most knowledgeable guide we encountered during our trip and really made the experience come alive. He also had quite a few tips for other places in the country to check out. Really cool place for anyone with an interest in pre-​Christian Ireland, I plan to return when it’s not the dead of winter and I can actually go in the cave.

a hidden gem for anyone actually looking for Irish history. the Cave of the Cats is in Dave’s back yard, buy some bog oak from him.
