The daily special was a fantastic choice. The ravioli and bore soup was very tasty and more than enough.

Walked in at an off-time(3:30PM) only to be warmly greeted by the manager who graciously seated us in what is a very sleek yet welcoming Trattoria that has a wide-ranging menu and a robust selection of wine. I had the Tagliatelle made with wild boar which was perfectly prepared. The pasta was spot-on al dente and together with the succulent wild boar made for a delicious main course. My wife and I shared a starter of melon and prosciutto which was refreshing and tender. The melon was perfectly ripe and the prosciutto was tasty, dry, and the perfect accompaniment. My wife was wild for the lamb chops… not little tiny ones but full-sized ones that were roasted to perfection. The house red and white wines were more than adequate. If you would like a nice quiet place to have a fine lunch amidst the Assisi pilgrims we recommend this nicely furnished. well-staffed, and food-focused establishment. We truly enjoyed it.
