One of the best pizza in Bari. You can choose between two different kind of pizza making, the Barese one and the napoletana

This pizzeria is poppin’ at all hours, well minus afternoon nap time. We arrived around 10:00pm and there was a line out the door, and the restaurant is quite large. Anyway, I figured I’d use the trust Unilocal app to navigate my way through Bari and it led us to Bari-​Napoli– they actually make pizza In both Neapolitan and Barese style. Neapolitan being a little fluffier with a blackened crust and Barese pizza is super thin crust with virtually no crust. It’s so thin that the center is quite soupy from the tomato sauce. I went with the Barese pizza with Mozzarella di Bufala and sausage. It was so thin thy I managed to eat the entire thing myself. The ingredients were fresh as expected in Italy, the prices just about right and plenty of options to choose from. This place was hustling and bustling with Italians of all ages, even families eating late nigh with toddlers. The whole scene rocks. Delicious food with great people. Pizza is plentiful in Southern Italy, but this place is a worth a visit if you’re in Bari.
